KATHLEEN O’REILLY

About

Kathleen is the 1st year SPA representative from the Melbourne University Master of Speech Pathology course, having completed her double bachelor degree of Arts (Linguistics) and Music (Performance) at the end of 2019 from Monash University. Her desire to be involved with the SPA student rep team is born of a long history of co-curricular involvement in clubs and societies, a desire to share the benefits of joining SPA, as well as a desire to learn more about the politics of healthcare and how changes are effected. Her interest in speech pathology was generated by a long term interest in linguistics and confirmed when undertaking an internship with the speech pathology team at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre in the first half of last year.
